Lunch at home with Aubrey. Angelique came home very late last night and is still asleep in her room.
Back at my computer. Rain spirits sitting at my window sill. They remind me that:
--children will play more games but eat less
--fresh flowers in vases will last longer than usual
--laundry will take more time to dry
--changes in meal fare will be called for
--there should be switches in shampoo and bath soap to match the climate
--there will be less insects
--there will be a need to lay out more door mats
--everyone in the neighborhood should watch out for refugee rats fleeing their flooded nests
--many more people will tend to be restless
--more people will get stricken by the flu.
